Last night was my only “rest day” of Love/Perfect tech week, and I was full of energy, so I did laundry, played with my paints, and tidied up around the house before my parents come to Denver this weekend.
This weekend was absolutely marvelous! I’m amping up my long runs with the help of the man, and we’re also making sure to squeeze as much festivity out of this month as we can muster! I love December. Christmas, the cozy cold, and I turn 30 soon!
The dust has settled after the craziest, busiest time of my life! I’ve taken the past two weeks to really decompress, relax, and get back into the groove of what I love to do: hang out with the man, eat, run, have fun, and repeat!
And I’m feeling like myself again. 🙂

You guys. I have been trying to find a place in West Wash Park to call my own, and as of this week, I found the perfect spot!
Nestled just a couple blocks from all my favorite things (the man’s place, friends, all the food and coffee shops, and running in Wash Park!), this condo is a dream come true. I’m most excited about decorating it and making it mine.

I might as well be up-front about it: I’m going through a break-up (er… divorce). It’s a struggle for many reasons, as you can either relate to or imagine. But aside from the immense emotional and financial turmoil, it’s the little, every-day adjustments that have caught me most off-guard.
