Running, Food & Holiday Cheer

This weekend was a great one, particularly in the food department! The weather in Denver has hit record highs for this time of year… highs have been in the 60s, which means both of my runs this weekend were in shorts and a tank top. What? It’s December!

This past Sunday, Nick and I walked over to the Sports Castle on 1000 Broadway to check out the Denver Holiday Flea.

Denver Flea isĀ “a contemporary marketplace showcasing makers and retailers who cultivate the Colorado lifestyle,” and it is legit awesome. I managed to take a handful of photos amidst the crowd. Check them out!

Weekend Snapshots

Long Run + Pup Hike

This weekend Nick and I went on an eight-mile long run as part of my training for the Moab Red Hot (we haven’t registered yet, though). It was the hardest run of my life for literally no reason! No worries, though. Sunday was beautiful and productive, which quickly erased any discouragement I’d been feeling.
