DESSERT FOR BREAKFAST
This post is going to be short and sweet. Very sweet. Here, a recipe for a Banana Date Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter smoothie.

This stuff was delicious and surprisingly filling! I’ve tried to create many Banana/Date/Almond smoothies, but this one is extra decadent because of this stuff here:
Nut butters are one of my favorite things on this planet. Add chocolate and coconut, and you can basically own my soul.
So without further ado…
BANANA DATE CHOCOLATE COCONUT PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE
makes smoothies for 2!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen, preferably)
- about 10 pitted dates
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 generous tablespoons of Wild Friends Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter
- a small handful of chia seeds
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Sounds good! The first time I put dates in a blender, I didn’t know they had pits. Hahaha!
