Rizz, Checking In

Rizzo Costume in Grease

MID-WEEK HELLOS!

Hey, loves! It’s Wednesday, which means I’m halfway through Tech/Hell Week.

And guess what? I’m still alive!

Since I’m super busy this week, I thought I’d at least check in with you all and see how your weeks are going. As for me, we’re running full tech/dress rehearsals every night.

Sometimes Sandra Dee is my best performance; sometimes it’s Worse Things. And some nights, I’m just off (the ribbon I wore for Hand Jive last night completely tore my mic off my cheek!).

That’s live theater, for you. You never get it all just right. But something new is extra-special each night.

TELL ME HOW YOU’RE DOING!

How are you keeping yourself healthy and motivated?

What are you doing today to feel vibrant and alive?

Are you getting enough sleep? I can’t say I am, but thankfully that is temporary!

I’ll be checking back in for Friday’s installment of Outfits of the Week, and also: My 5th Stitch Fix is getting delivered TODAY! Stay tuned to see my picks!

Great post as always! I have dived into training for a sprint triathlon this summer for my health and fitness, blog will flow on this adventure at some point. Good luck with the rest of the week!

Healthy and motivated? I’ve made my favourite supper! Meatballs, yum!
Vibrant and alive? Great question. Listening to some really upbeat music.
Getting enough sleep? Hmm. I’ve had worse.
Break a leg for the show! Looks like such fun!

You’re looking fab in costume there!

I’m not feeling too healthy – migraine attack. But I am motivated to get back to it, make some lovely healthy meals and find ways to de-stress once I’m feeling like myself again.

I wish I could see the show. I’ve had a real hankering to watch Grease lately. I hope the rest of the week goes well for you!

People noticing my weight loss is keeping me motivated!!! Neat seeing you in the play! I had a small part in our original musical adaptation of Across the Universe, put on by our local community theater. We did 8 shows over two weekends, I had no idea it would be so much work! But I had fun!!!
